Entry rules and requirements:

 

– Maximum one entry per person per form. Votes across multiple forms will be collated and with each vote a new entry is counted.

 

– To be eligible for the prize draw, you must follow @wanderlustmag on Instagram OR Wanderlust Travel Magazine on Facebook at the time of entering and still be following the account during the time of the prize draw.

 

– If you are selected as a winner, you will be asked to provide your Instagram handle OR Facebook name to pass our eligibility checks.

 

– Wanderlust reserve the right to announce the winners’ names on social media.

 

– The opening date is 00.01 on 30/05/2025. The closing date is midnight on the 27/10/2025.

 

– No purchase is necessary, and the prize draw is free to enter for all entrants aged 18 or over.

 

– Entries can only be submitted online via the main competition entry page. Only entries submitted following the specified entry mechanism will be deemed valid entries.

 

– No responsibility can be accepted for entries late, lost, or incomplete entries. Entries cannot be accepted if all mandatory fields are not completed.

 

– Any entries which are deemed offensive will be disqualified at the discretion of the Promoter or Prize Providers and no further correspondence will be entered into.

 

– Fraudulent, multiple or spam entries will be disallowed. Any Entrant may be disqualified from this competition at the discretion of the Promoter or Prize Providers for any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or cheating in any way such as: using any cheats, hacks or other 3rd party “helper” applications or “bots” to simulate human interaction; exploiting the application in any way or using the application in any way that circumvents the purpose and conditions of the Competition. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.

 

– Entries are not open to employees (or members of their families) of the Promoter or of any of the Prize Providers.

 

– All winners will be announced and contacted before 31/12/2025.

 

– The winners will be chosen at random from those entrants whose entries have reached the Promoter by the closing date.

 

– The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winners using the contact details supplied upon entry. If a winner does not respond within 14 business days of the first notification, the winner forfeits their right to claim the prize. The Promoter shall not be responsible should a winner provide incorrect contact details.

 

– If a winner is unable to take up their prize for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to award it to an alternative winner, in which case the first winner chosen will not be eligible for any share of the prize whatsoever.

 

– The Promoter, Prize Providers and any associated third party accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the promotion or the winners’ enjoyment of the prize, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.

 

– Wanderlust Travel Media Ltd. is based in the UK and the competition prize will be delivered under the terms of the UK’s laws and regulations. By entering this competition and ticking to accept the competition terms and conditions, entrants from outside the UK agree that The Promoter and Prize Providers will not accept any liability or responsibility for any extra costs or issues incurred by the entrant not being a resident of the UK. This includes, but is not limited to: any non-UK taxes that may apply in the entrant’s country of residence (such as taxes on competition prizes); any additional travel costs incurred in order to undertake the prize as not already specified as being part of the prize; any differences in exchange rates; any visa implications for travelling via the UK.

 

– The Promoter and Prize Providers reserve the right to feature this prize draw on other printed or digital material and winners may be requested to take part in post event publicity.

 

– The prize must be taken as stated within the individual Prize Providers’ terms and conditions and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.

 

– If the prize is not claimed by the expiry date stated, the prize will be forfeited and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

– The prize winner is solely responsible for declaring details of any award provided under the promotion to HMRC and for paying any tax liability which may arise.

 

– The Promoter will select nine winners and will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winners using the contact details supplied upon entry within one month of the competition closing.

 

– The winner will be contacted by email and details will be provided via email on how to claim and book the prize. In the event that the prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be selected from all remaining (non-winning) eligible entries.

Terms & Conditions:

Prize: 21-day Grand Tour of Peru holiday, including Economy Class flights from London. Included are the Machu Picchu, Sacred Valley, Two Nights in the Sacred Valley, Inca Cusco and Colonial Lima excursions. Total value of approximately £9,000/$12,100 for two people.

Includes:

  • Flights from London (this could be Heathrow or Gatwick). Other UK regional airports may be available for a supplement. If travelling from outside of the UK, no international flights will be included.

The prize includes a place for two adults on the Hike the Great National Parks of the Western USA trip, operated by Much Better Adventures, including:

  • Shared twin accommodation
  • All activities and guiding as per the itinerary
  • Internal transport as per the itinerary
  • Return economy flights from a major UK airport for two adults
  • The trip will take place as part of a scheduled group departure operated by Much Better Adventures and is not a private or bespoke tour.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash alternative. It may not be sold, gifted, or passed on to anyone else.

  1. Travel Dates & Restrictions

The prize must be booked by 31st January 2026 and taken on a departure in May, June, September, or October 2026, subject to availability.

The winner will be contacted by Wanderlust and introduced to the Much Better Adventures team.
