Natalie Preddie
Natalie Preddie is an award-winning Canadian travel journalist, speaker and on-air personality. She has bylines in international publications such as Toronto Star, Globe & Mail, Travel & Leisure, The Washington Post, Escapism and more. She has also co-authored two books: Dance Adventures (2020) and Lonely Planet: Epic Runs (2024).
Natalie is a travel expert on Canadian national and regional television shows such as Breakfast Television, Global News, Zoomer TV, CTV, CBC and CHCH Morning Live. Natalie also features on national radio shows and podcasts, offering her take on the breaking travel news and trends that matter to Canadians. She is also the host of the digital travel series, Get Lost with Natalie Preddie.
Natalie is an outspoken advocate for the BIPOC movement, focusing on cultural and economic sustainability within travel. As one of the few Black travel journalists in Canada, her social commentary has been featured on a number of panels, in print and across broadcasts.
